Important information

Check-in after 10:30 pm is subject to prior approval of the property and involves a supplement of €50.00 to be paid, in cash, at check-in. It is possible to use, with any guests of the other two houses in the building, of the same property, “Luxury Relaxing Home with heated pool near Catania, Taormina, the Sea and Mount Etna” and “Delightful Relaxing Home with heated pool near Catania, Taormina, the Sea and Mount Etna”, the outdoor swimming pool, UNGUARDED, in the garden, on the ground floor of the building, heated in the cooler periods of the year, and also the external area equipped with tables, sun loungers and deck chairs and the internal relaxation area equipped with tables, sofas, fridge, TV and showers; in the garden and in the swimming pool children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

The admission of a pet, weighing a maximum of 20 kg, is subject to prior approval by the property, with an additional cost of €40.00 per stay, to be paid in cash at check-in. The house is not available for parties and events. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a standard rental agreement and show photo identification of all guests, including children.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or an adult authorized, in writing, by both parents. For any damage caused during the stay, a sum of up to €500.00 may be charged after check-out according to the property's damage policy.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
