Additional linen changes are available by request for an extra cost. When using air conditioning, an additional fee of 5 euro per day will apply. A communal washing machine is available for guest use with an extra cost.The washing machine is not located inside the apartment but in the very close courtyard, available to all guests. The cost is € 4 per use, one is free for those who exceed 7 nights. Towels are changed free of charge every 7 days, sheets every 13 days.
Anyone who wants to change them before the days run out will have to pay a surcharge. All accessories such as toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, oil, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, sponges, etc. are not replicable.
It is strictly forbidden to leave lights, fans , air conditioning on when you are not in the house. A surcharge will be charged based on the waste made.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
