BEFORE YOU ARRIVE ONLINE CHECK-IN The first access to the apartment will be done autonomously through personalized electronic codes. During your stay you can use the keys provided in the apartment. In compliance with the regulations in force in Italy, it is mandatory to check-in online on the website of Cosmo Appartamenti for registration and electronic sending of identity documents within 24 hours before arrival, when it will be requested by the host; You must have knowledge of Italian or English to understand the instructions that will be sent in time by the host.

If you do not register, you will lose your right to access the apartment and no refund will be granted. CONNECTIVITY ON THE GO Internet connection during the trip and a mobile phone enabled for calls to Italy are required to open the condominium door (no call costs).

Please do not throw away from the balcony neither ash nor cigaret butts but use the appropriate ashtray • Access to pets • Organize private parties • Change the arrangement of furniture (for any need contact Cosmo Appartamenti) Criminal • € 20,00 for failure to clean kitchen and dishes • € 10,00 for failure to dispose of waste and advanced foods • € 10,00 for loss of keys • € 30,00 for loss of remote controls • Any damage caused by negligence will be quantified by the extent (refer to the section of this manual regarding the proper use of the electrical and mechanical equipment supplied)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
