- Heating: According to Italian legislation, the internal temperature must not exceed 19°C (with tolerance up to 21°C). For a maximum of 10 hours a day. - Small pets accepted with a small supplement, upon advance reservation.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the structure; however, it is permitted to do so in outdoor spaces, taking advantage of the large balconies available.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
