Please note that it is not permitted to bring any kind of electrical appliance from outside (blankets, pots, food warmers, stoves, etc ) unless authorized. The penalty is €50 per day. The heating in the apartment is of the condominium type, i.e. normally turned on from 15th October to 15th April for 14 hours per day. The air conditioner is included in the cost of the reservation in the summer months for cooling, in the winter months its use for heating costs an additional €20 per day. For this service, the remote control must be requested upon payment of the total cost of the days of stay. The reservation for 2 people is intended for the use of 1 double bed, if it is necessary to prepare 2 double beds the additional cost is €. 30 to be paid and communicated at the time of booking. Failure to pay the tourist tax will be communicated to the competent authorities. The rules described inside the apartment are to be considered mandatory for everyone to respect. In case of necessity and noncompliance with the rules, the manager is free to check the premises at any time and request a penalty of €50 per day or immediate vacating of the premises.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
