A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the air conditioning is available from 1 June until 30 September. Please note that in compliance with the current Italian legislation, the rules on heating have currently been modified. The heating can be switched on from November 8th until April 7th, the temperature can be 19 degrees (with 2 degrees of tolerance) and it will be on for a limited number of 11 hours a day, from 6 to 9,30 am and from 2:30 to 10 pm. Please note that the property is located in an area restricted to traffic. You are kindly requested to contact the property in advance for further information.
