Description
Set in a large park with outdoor pool, these hi-tech apartments feature a private garage, flat-screen TV and furnished patio. High-speed WiFi is free throughout, and the beach at Roseto degli Abruzzi is just 0.6 mi away.
Villa Rosella's elegant apartments boast energy-saving devices and windows that close automatically when it rains. Each kitchen is equipped with a microwave and glass-ceramic hobs. Please note that all two bedroom apartments are on the first floor and are only accessible by stairs.
The one-bedroom apartments are on the ground floor and accessible to disabled guests as well. The large swimming pool has a hot tub area, and a sun terrace complete with loungers and parasols. At reception, guests can hire bikes or book wine-tasting trips to nearby Monte Pagano.
Buses to Roseto center and other coastal towns stop 656 feet from the resort. The A14 Motorway is 2.5 mi away, and it is a 40-minute drive to Pescara.

All Duplex apartments (c.a.230 ft²) are on the first floor not accessible by elevator. On the main floor there are one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a small balcony with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you would need to cook (induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots and italian coffee maker (Moka). On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double or twin bed and a bathroom with shower.
Most of our apartments face our garden and pool.
The price includes the final cleaning, the use of the garage, swimming pool and bikes (upon availability).
We provide bed linen and towels kit. For stays longer then two weeks, we offer intermediate cleaning with changing of bed linen and towels free of charge.
Further cleaning service or linen change can be provided on request and by reservation with extra charge.
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
Free WiFi is available in all appartments and in the garden/pool areas.
