A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. Please note that the unit is accessed via a flight of stairs. Please note that late check-in from 20:30 until 23:00 costs EUR 30. After this time, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies.
