Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F).

Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays KEY COLLECTION: Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at 52 Frescobaldi Street from 3 p.m.
